E’s Element is proud to share the values influencing every aspect of the business and the internal foundation that brings operations to life. From creating products to interacting with our community, our small team, led by founder Emmanuela Okon, aims to uplift people through their clothing and accessories. 

Philosophy 

During the early stages of the lockdown in 2020, Emmanuela conceptualized E’s Element; jewelry and limited edition athleisurewear store. The brand exists as a perfect response to the collective shift towards seeking comfort and feeling good. Our clothing is designed as functional staples for your wardrobe that can be worn comfortably at home or styled as everyday wear. The range of carefully curated jewelry pairs perfectly with the athleisurewear. Each piece available at E’s Element is versatile, comfortable and made to last.

Production

E’s Element works to ensure all items are produced in the highest quality. Garments are designed, hand cut and sewn in house. By releasing clothes in small limited drops, we avoid over producing. We hope to normalize this slow method of creating and selling to develop past fast fashion trends. Through partnership with highly-vetted manufacturers, jewelry pieces are hand selected by Emmanuela to create an evolving selection.

Team

E’s Element is based out of Mississauga and supported through a small team of young individuals around Canada. The team was built by founder and creative director of E’s Element, Emmanuela Okon. Emmanuela has a vast background in fashion and communication. Learn more about Emmanuela’s lead up to the launch of the business. While developing creative marketing strategies and content, Emmanuela also provides each member of the team with an opportunity to explore their interests. Supporting the team's individual growth speaks to the multifaceted approach that the company is rooted in. While our products are a unique combination of what Emmanuela believes in, the work that each member does is also a multifaceted mix of their strengths, what they’ve learned and want to learn more about.

Being a small business in the Greater Toronto Area, our success is based on the support from our customers and community based here.
