Do you live in the Greater Toronto Area? (E.g. Mississauga, Toronto, Brampton, Oakville, Milton, Vaughan etc.). Perfect! Because pick up and delivery orders are also available for people like you. You get to receive your items as early as 24 hours from when you ordered without the wait of shipping! Awesome right? 😍
We are located in Ontario, Mississauga/Oakville region. Pickups are free of charge if you are located in the GTA and local delivery is a fee between $11.30 - 12CAD (taxes included in price) for the following regions below:
- Peel Region
- York Region
- City of Toronto
- Halton Region
- Durham Region
- Aurora and Richmond Hill
This option will be available to you at checkout.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR LOCAL DELIVERIES: Please note, that if you are based in the GTA, the local delivery option will automatically be available to you at checkout. However, if your order is over $100CAD, you would still need to cover the local delivery cost as this goes towards our local delivery partner ABM On Call to ensure your E's Element goodies are delivered safely and in a timely manner.
COVID-19 update: E's Element is still operating and taking extra precautions to ensure the safety of all, so please wear a face mask when picking up items.
Important for Pick Up Orders: You have 5 days from the day your pick up order is placed to pick it up. If you fail to arrive within that timeframe or you don’t notify us ahead of time with a workaround, your order will be canceled and fully refunded 🤎
Note: When checking out please make sure to select either the pickup or delivery option. Once the order has been placed you will receive an automatic text or email confirmation from E's Element. Remember to bring your email confirmation as it is needed to be able to receive your items.
